2BED two stage liquid ring vacuum pump's two-stage design features a double-stage single-action structure that significantly enhances pumping capacity and efficiency compared to single-stage water ring pumps, improving performance by 35% to 40% in the higher vacuum range. This pump can effectively handle flammable and explosive gases, as well as gases containing significant amounts of water vapor and small quantities of particulate matter, all while operating at lower noise levels. Additionally, the working fluid can be replaced with oil or organic solvents according to your specific needs.
The ultimate vacuum of the 2BED two-stage water ring pump can reach 2 kPa. When equipped with a first-stage atmospheric ejector pump, the ultimate vacuum can be further reduced to 1.33 kPa. To accommodate corrosive environments, we can select corrosion-resistant materials based on your requirements.
